Kia KND-7 concept headed to CES, likely just a renamed CUB concept

Kia has announced plans to introduce the KND-7 concept at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas.

 

The company didn't have much to say about the model but it appears to be a renamed version of the CUB concept that debuted at the 2013 Seoul Motor Show.

 

Kia declined to go into specifics but the CUB was a four-door coupe with 'suicide' rear doors. The model also had a high-tech cabin with a Driving Information System that could react to gestures and a steering wheel that monitored the driver's biorhythms.

 

Power was provided by a turbocharged 1.6-liter GDI four-cylinder engine that developed 204 HP (150 kW) and 265 Nm (195 lb-ft) of torque.
