西亚特在日内瓦车展发布了20V20跨界概念车。“20V20”代表的是Vision 2020，西亚特利用这款概念车向人们展示将于明年量产的首款跨界车设计方向。这款中级跨界车长度为4.66米，轴距2.79米，离地间隙22.8厘米。该车配备20英寸合金轮圈，全部LED前大灯，让这辆车的外观绝对抢眼。不过，最终量产版外观显然不会向概念车那般前卫。作为大众旗下的一个品牌，量产版动力系统将采用母公司大众的多款TSI和TDI引擎并搭配DSG双离合器变速器并可提供电控四驱系统。西亚特已经明确表示，量产版将于明年在捷克由斯柯达投产。由于基于MQB平台，因此量产版不会被命名为Leon，未来会推出包括Cupra在内的高端版本。

 

Seat 20V20 crossover concept premieres in Geneva

Spanish marque SEAT has introduced the 20V20 concept on the dawn of the 2015 Geneva Motor Show.

 

“20V20” stands for Vision 2020 and the concept serves as a preview for SEAT's first ever crossover scheduled to go into production next year. The mid-size concept is 4.66 meters long and benefits from a 2.79 meter wheelbase while the ground clearance stands at 22.8 cm. It rides on 20-inch alloy wheels and has received full LED headlights which gives the concept an “unmistakable presence.”

 

The production version will obviously look less exciting than this 20V20 concept which adopts an appealing design while under the hood it can accommodate a wide variety of TSI and TDI engines from the Volkswagen Group which can be paired to a DSG transmission and an "electronically controlled four-wheel drive."

 

Seat has already confirmed the production variant will hit the assembly line in 2016 and it will be produced in Czech Republic by Skoda. Based on the MQB platform, the crossover is expected to get a name unrelated to the Leon and it will possibly spawn a hotter Cupra model later during its lifespan.
