据法国媒体最新报道,斯柯达将于2017年晚些时候发布一款紧凑型跨界车。目前，斯柯达正在开发一款七座跨界车，该车将于2016年发布。而这款B级跨界车的竞争车型包括菲亚特500、雷诺Captur、日产Juke和吉普Renegade。虽然七座版车型将提供前驱和全驱车型，但这款入门级车型将只提供前驱版本。这款车很可能基于新款大众途观并将搭载低油耗三缸汽油和柴油引擎。另外，斯柯达还将继续提供野帝，因此，到2018年，车厂将有三款跨界车在售。

 

Skoda reportedly planning subcompact crossover for late 2017 launch

According to a report issued by French media, Skoda is working on a subcompact crossover scheduled to come out late 2017.

 

We already know a seven-seat crossover is on its way and will probably be launched in 2016 but it seems the Czech marque is cooking up another high-riding model. It will fit in the B segment of crossovers and will have to compete among others with the Fiat 500X, Renault Captur, Nissan Juke and the Jeep Renegade.

 

While the aforementioned seven-seat crossover will be sold with both FWD and AWD systems, Skoda's entry-level crossover offering will be available exclusively with a front-wheel drive layout. Due towards the end of 2017, the model will probably be based on the upcoming Volkswagen Taigun and should get a range of economical three-cylinder gasoline and diesel engines.

 

As a final note, the report mentions Skoda will continue to offer the Yeti so by 2018 the Volkswagen-owned automaker will have three crossovers on sale.
