RM Design设计师Remco Meulendijk近日绘制了菲亚特500 Plus数字合成图,该车将成为老旧的Punto后继车型上市。菲亚特Punto的生命周期已经接近结束，因此车厂正在开发其替代车型。据最新传言，新车将于2016年发布。不过由于菲亚特正计划对不断扩大的500系列进行整合，因此新车将不会被称为Punto，而是有可能会被命名为500 Plus，因此其造型风格将与500系列车型很接近。这款车将采用五门掀背车形式，车身长度和宽度将超过500标准版，但比500L MPV略小。预计该车将于2016年在菲亚特波兰蒂黑(Tychy)工厂投产，预计年产量18万辆。

 

Fiat 500 Plus rendered as a Punto successor

Remco Meulendijk of RM Design has digitally illustrated the Fiat 500 Plus as a successor for the aging Punto.

 

Fiat's Punto is nearing the end of its lifespan so a replacement is definitely in the works and according to the latest gossip it's supposed to come out sometime in 2016. The same report mentions it won't wear the Punto badge because Fiat is allegedly planning to incorporate the model in the continuously growing 500 family.

 

As a consequence, the model will reportedly receive the 500 Plus moniker so it’s styling will be carried over from the rest of the 500-badged models. It will take the shape of a five-door hatchback which will be longer and wider than the standard 500 but smaller than the 500L mini MPV.

 

Other details are scarce at the moment but the 500 Plus is expected to enter producing in 2016 in Tychy, Poland where Fiat has plans to assemble 180,000 cars per year.
