奔驰在北美车展发布了C350插电混动轿车和旅行车。这是奔驰自S500插电混动版之后的第二款同类车型，未来三年，奔驰还将推出八款类似车型。与S500混动版搭载V6引擎不同的是，C350搭载取自C250的2.0升四缸汽油引擎和一台无刷电机。汽油引擎功率为155千瓦/208马力@5500转/分，峰值扭矩349牛米，而电机功率为60千瓦/80马力，扭矩340牛米。这样的硬件组合使车辆综合输出功率达到205千瓦/275马力，扭矩599牛米。与动力系统搭配的7G-TRONIC七速自动变速箱将动力传递至后轮，车辆百公里加速时间5.9秒，最高时速250公里，旅行车加速时间6.2秒，最高时速246公里。除了引擎和电机外，该车还在行李箱下配备了重量为100公斤的6.2千瓦时水冷锂电池组，电池组占据了行李箱15立升空间，因此轿车版行李箱容积为335立升，旅行车为350立升。如果使用240伏/16安电源完全充满电耗时45分钟，如果使用240伏/13安培电源耗时2小时，车辆纯电动模式下可行驶31公里。而在混动模式下，无论轿车还是旅行车，百公里油耗仅为2.1升，每公里二氧化碳排放量48克。奔驰将在未来几天后开始接受C350插电混动车订单，3月开始交付。

 

Mercedes-Benz C350 Plug-in Hybrid debuts in Detroit

Mercedes-Benz has taken the wraps off the C350 Plug-in Hybrid in Detroit at 2015 NAIAS.

 

It's Daimler's second model of this kind after the S500 Plug-in Hybrid and will be followed by eight similar cars programmed to be launched within three years. Unlike the larger hybridized S500 which has a V6 engine, the C350 Plug-in Hybrid mixes up a four-cylinder 2.0-liter gasoline engine (from the C250) with a brushless electric motor.

 

The conventional engine puts out 208 bhp (155 kW) at 5,500 rpm and a peak torque of 258 lb-ft (349 Nm) while the electric motor generates an additional 80 bhp (60 kW) and 251 lb-ft (340 kW). This hardware setup grants the greener C-Class with a combined output of 275 bhp (205 kW) and an impressive 442 lb-ft (599 Nm).

 

An updated 7G-TRONIC seven-speed automatic gearbox is in charge of channeling power to the rear axle and enables the C350 Plug-In Hybrid Sedan hit 62 mph (100 km/h) from a standstill in 5.9 seconds before topping out at 155 mph (250 km/h) whereas the wagon is 0.3s slower in the sprint and does 153 mph (246 km/h).

 

Mercedes-Benz has installed a water-cooled 6.2 kWh lithium-ion battery pack weighing 100 kg (220 lbs) under the trunk which has slashed 15 liters of cargo capacity so now it stands at 335 liters (sedan) & 350 liters (wagon). A full recharge takes 1h 45min from a 240V/16A source or 2h from a regular household 240V/13A socket and grants the vehicle with an electric range of 19.3 miles (31 km). When running in hybrid mode, both body styles can return an impressive 112 mpg US (134.5 mpg UK or 2.1 liters / 100 km) with corresponding CO2 emissions of 48 g/km.

 

Mercedes-Benz will start taking orders for the C350 Plug-in Hybrid (to be sold as C350e) in the next few days, with deliveries kicking off in March.
