沃尔沃近日发布了新的三缸Drive-E引擎,功率达到132千瓦/180马力。这款全新的三缸涡轮增压发动机将主要提供给CMA平台的产品，另外也将配备在S60和V60车型上，其排放可满足更严格的欧7标准。目前Drive-E系列引擎包括三台四缸引擎，其中一台为共轨柴油引擎，另一台为直喷汽油引擎，顶级款为2.0升汽油引擎，功率达到335.5千瓦/450马力。

 

Volvo announces new 3-cylinder Drive-E engine, will have up to 180 HP

Volvo has announced the addition of a new 3-cylinder engine in its current lineup.

 

The Drive-E unit will be developed in Sweden and will join the 4-cylinder Drive-E range in displaying Volvo’s “engineering prowess and commitment to efficient power”. Currently, the power plant is being developed primarily with the CMA architecture in mind. It will also provide power for the S60 and V60, meeting Euro 7 emission targets.

 

Volvo is still coy on details, but the engine will have a range of performance levels “up to around 180 HP (132 kW)”. The company explains the Drive-E 3-cylinder engine is “yet another step towards zero emissions and real-world performance from Volvo”.

 

Currently, the Drive-E range consists of three 4-cylinder engines - one common-rail diesel, a direct-injected gasoline mill and a range-topping 2.0-liter unit with 450 bhp (335.5 kW).
