据最新报道,宝马计划进一步扩大Z系列运动车系。除了已知的宝马正在开发的Z5外，还有入门级的Z1轿跑车和敞篷车。据说Z1将采用UKL前驱平台，搭载三缸和四缸引擎。此外，宝马还正在开发Z3，据说该车将保时捷Boxster / Cayman作为竞争车型。这款车将搭载三缸、四缸和六缸引擎并与下一代丰田86共享新的平台。而传言已久的Z5则采用碳纤维底盘和更先进的设计，包括硕大引擎盖和进一步延长的前大灯。Z5轿跑车车内部将采用2+2座椅布局，敞篷版采用折叠软顶。至于该车动力系统，包括198千瓦/270马力四缸和294千瓦/400马力以上六缸，而M混动版功率更可提升至367千瓦/500马力。

 

BMW reportedly working on a new Z1 & Z3

According to a recent report, BMW is planning to revive their Z lineup with a series of new sports car.

 

While we've already heard plenty about the jointly-developed Z5, Motor.es is reporting the company is also developing an entry-level Z1 Coupe and Roadster. Little is known about the models but the website says they will ride on the front-wheel drive UKL1 platform and be offered with three- and four-cylinder engines.

 

BMW is also rumored to be working on a new Z3 which will reportedly be positioned as a Porsche Boxster / Cayman competitor. The car is slated to have three-, four- and six-cylinder engines as well as a new platform that will be shared with the next-generation Toyota 86.

 

Last but not least, the Z5 is rumored to have a carbon fiber chassis and a modern design that incorporates "a huge hood" and elongated headlights. The report goes on to say the coupe will be a proper 2+2 seater, while the convertible will adopt a retractable soft top.

 

We're taking everything with a grain of salt but Z5 engine options will reportedly include a four-cylinder with approximately 270 PS (198 kW), a six-cylinder with 400+ PS (294+ kW) and possibly a hybridized M variant with up to 500 PS (367 kW).
