沃尔沃近日发布了S60 Cross Country增高版轿车，该车将在北美车展正式与公众见面。目前已经有多个车厂发布了行驶高度进一步提升的所谓增高版轿车，包括高尔夫Alltrack，斯柯达明锐Scout，欧宝Insignia Country Tourer，奥迪A4/A6 allroad Qattro等，这些车都采用了更粗犷外观，但目前这类车并未上市。沃尔沃也不甘落后，推出了S60增高版，该车的行驶高度提升了65毫米并提供全驱系统，而欧洲和某些市场还将提供前驱版本。S60 Cross Country可配备18或19英寸合金轮圈和高断面轮胎，不仅有助于提升行驶舒适性，而且可以降低噪音并可在越野行驶时保护轮圈。该车在上市之初将提供T5全驱版本，美规车型功率为250制动马力（欧规车型254马力，俄版车型249马力），欧洲还将提供D4 2.0和D4 2.4柴油版本。

 

Volvo S60 Cross Country high-riding sedan revealed, debuts at NAIAS

Volvo is unveiling the S60 Cross Country, a high-riding sedan set to debut in a few days at NAIAS.

 

Several automakers have high-riding wagons (Golf Alltrack, Octavia Scout, Insignia Country Tourer, A4/A6 allroad quattro, etc.) with rugged looks but there aren't any sedans on sale right now using this recipe. It's basically an S60 on stilts as the ride height has been increased by 65mm (2.5 inches) while an all-wheel drive system is offered, with FWD available in Europe and select markets.

 

The Volvo S60 Cross Country can ride on 18- or 19-inch alloy wheels with high-profile tires which they say not only improve comfort, but also reduce noise and boost wheel protection in both on- and off-road circumstances. Upon launch it will be available in the T5 All-Wheel Drive specification with 250 bhp in United States (254 HP in Europe and 249 HP in Russia) while Europeans will also be getting D4 2.0 and D4 2.4 diesels.
