捷豹在今年巴黎车展发布了2015款XE和更高性能的S版本。XE是捷豹为应对德系高端紧凑型轿车的力作，而S版本搭载了一台源自F-Type，动力更强劲的3.0升V6机械增压引擎，最大功率250千瓦/340马力，峰值扭矩450牛米，搭配ZF提供的八速自动变速器将动力传递至后轮。由于动力更强劲，XE S 0-96公里/小时加速时间仅需4.9秒，最高时速经过电子限速后为250公里。除了动力更强劲外，该车的外观也更具侵略性，包括前保险杠上更大的进气口，向外延伸的侧踏板和后扰流器。此外，透过轮毂可以看到红色的刹车卡钳，还有黑色车尾和19英寸轮圈，也可选装20英寸Propeller轮圈。捷豹在巴黎车展发布了XE全系列车型，除了顶级款S版本，还有SE、Prestige, Portfolio和R-Sport版本。动力系统选择包括200马力/280牛米和240马力/340牛米2.0升四缸涡轮增压引擎；另外还有2.0升涡轮柴油引擎，功率163马力/380牛米和180马力/430牛米。根据不同引擎，可选择六速手动或八速自动变速器。

 

Jaguar XE S packs a 340 HP punch for Paris Motor Show

Jaguar has introduced the 2015 XE at the Paris Motor Show where the hotter S version is at the forefront of the range.

 

The XE represents Jaguar's answer to the German premium compact sedan and their most powerful tool at this moment is the S version which features a 3.0-liter V6 supercharged engine. Sourced from the F-Type, the motor develops 340 HP (250 kW) and a maximum torque of 450 Nm (331 lb-ft) sent to the rear wheels through a ZF eight-speed automatic transmission.

 

Thanks to this hardware arrangement, the Jaguar XE S needs only 4.9 seconds to complete the 0-60 mph (0-96 km/h) run and tops out at an electronically-limited 155 mph (250 km/h).

 

Aside from getting a bigger & more powerful engine, the XE S can also be distinguished by its slightly more aggressive body with bigger air intakes in the front bumper, along with side sill extensions and a rear spoiler. In addition, it comes with red brake calipers, a gloss black rear valance and 19-inch wheels or optional 20-inch Propeller rims.

 

At the Paris Motor Show, Jaguar is exhibiting the full XE range which aside from the range-topping S will be available in SE, Prestige, Portfolio and R-Sport trims. Engine choices include a 2.0-liter 4-cylinder turbocharged gasoline unit offered with 200 HP & 280 Nm and 240 HP & 340 Nm. There's also a 2.0-liter turbodiesel available with 163 HP & 380 Nm and 180 HP & 430 Nm. Depending on engine selection, a six-speed manual gearbox is offered alongside the already mentioned eight-speed auto transmission.
