下一代日产聆风将于2016年上市,目前新车的开发正在进行,关于它的更多细节逐渐浮出水面。由于现行版聆风的设计存在很大争议，而电动掀背车一直缺乏吸引力，因此影响了其销售。这也将改变下一代车型的设计，据说新车将采用更平常的设计，采用黑色车柱和类似新一代日产家族的镀铬V形前格栅。除了外观更具吸引力之外，新车的续航里程也将获得提升，据传将从现行版的135公里提升至299公里。不过入门级车型则配备更小电池组，续航里程也进一步缩短。而该车采用的新电池组还将配备在英菲尼迪车系中。谈到英菲尼迪，该品牌曾在四月发布过一款基于聆风的LE概念车，而量产版将于2016年中期发布，与此同时，日产也将在同期发布新一代聆风。这两款车都将在2016年底或2017年初上市。

 

Next-gen Nissan Leaf expected to have conventional styling and 186-mile range

Development of the second generation Nissan Leaf is in progress as new details are emerging about the model set to arrive in 2016.

 

The current Nissan Leaf has a very controversial design which surely has affected sales since the electric hatchback is far from being an attractive car. This will change with the second generation which is said to receive a more conventional design with blacked out pillars and a chromed "V" in the front grille as seen on recent Nissan products.

 

Besides looking more appealing, the new Leaf will also be able to travel more before running out of juice as the range is rumored to increase from 84 miles (135 km) to somewhere in the region of 186 miles (299 km). It is believed cheaper versions will come with smaller battery packs providing a shorter range and this new battery technology will also be implemented in Nissan's premium brand Infiniti.

 

Speaking of Infiniti, back in April they showed a Leaf-based LE concept which will receive a production version in mid-2016, around the same time when Nissan will introduce the new Leaf. Both cars will likely go on sale towards the end of 2016 or early 2017.
