Lincoln Navigator replacement coming in two years
Lincoln is reportedly working on an all-new Navigator that could be introduced two years from now.
According to Automotive News, the company is already developing the vehicle and will be ready in the middle of 2016. It will be launched as a 2017 model.
The report also says the new Navigator could be based on the aluminum architecture of the Ford F-150, considering the current generation of the vehicle is based on the old F-150.
The facelifted Navigator was presented in the beginning of this year with a new twin-turbo 3.5-liter EcoBoost V6 that replaced the old 5.4-liter V8. The vehicle is set to go on sale this fall with prices starting at 62,475 USD.
