捷豹下一代XF轿车近日在英国道路上现身,这款车预计将作为2017款车型于2016年上市。由于车身进行了重度伪装，因此很多设计细节都被掩盖，但目前已知该车将与即将发布的XE共享捷豹全新平台。不仅如此，该车结构也将像XE一样大量采用铝制材料，这不仅有利于提升性能，更可以降低油耗。XF轿车竞争车型主要是宝马5系和奔驰E级，不仅如此，捷豹还将推出轿跑车版本，用来应对宝马6系和E级轿跑车。不过目前不清楚该车发布时间。至于动力系统，新车将搭载一系列新的四缸，六缸和八缸引擎，同时也可能提供2.2升柴油引擎。捷豹还将推出XF-R高性能版本。

 

Spied: 2017 Jaguar XF

Jaguar's next-generation XF sedan has broken cover on the streets of the UK. The all-new XF is expected to make its market introduction in 2016 as a 2017 model.

 

The final styling of the 2017 XF remains hidden beneath camouflage, but we know that Jaguar's mid-size sedan will move to a brand new platform shared with the upcoming XE. Like the XE, the XF will lean heavily on aluminum for its construction, which should net benefits in both performance and overall efficiency.

 

The XF will continue to battle the BMW 5-Series and Mercedes-Benz E-Class, but we hear Jaguar is also readying a coupe variant that will go toe-to-toe with the 6-Series and E-Class Coupe. Timing for that model isn't known at this time.

 

The next XF will likely be powered by today's range of four-, six- and eight-cylinder engines, but a 2.2L diesel could also be in the works. A high-performance XF-R model is almost a certainty.
