现代近日发布了2015款i20的最初细节和图片，该车将在10月开幕的巴黎车展正式亮相。从车厂发布的照片看，新车确实比老款车更好看，黑色的C柱成为点睛之笔，让整个浮动式车顶更突出。该车长度为4035毫米，轴距延长了45毫米至2570毫米，前后排腿部空间增至1892毫米，现代称，达到同级车最佳水平。在后排椅背直立情况下，行李箱容积达到320立升，对于这么一款小型车来说已经很实用了。2015款i20的高端版本可提供LED尾灯，倒车摄像头和全景天窗，既可以倾斜打开，也可以完全打开。虽然车厂没有公布内装照片，但可以确认的是，新车将配备全新设计的多功能方向盘，后排空调出风口，中控台扶手带储物箱，驾驶员座椅高度可调，Supervision仪表群，支持USB及AUX，自动气候控制，启停按键，智能钥匙，蓝牙接口，倾斜式方向盘，自动防眩光后视镜。目前不清楚欧规车型动力系统细节，但印度版本搭载83马力1.2升Kappa汽油引擎和90马力1.4升CRDi柴油引擎，后者可搭配六速手动变速器。
2015 Hyundai i20 officially revealed prior to Paris Motor Show debut
Hyundai has released preliminary details and images of the second generation i20 set to be exhibited in October at the Paris Motor Show.
It does look a lot better than the outgoing model but some will be disappointed after getting their hopes up with those renders. The black C-pillar is a nice touch as it gives the impression of a floating roof.
The vehicle is 4035mm long and comes with a wheelbase that has been stretched by 45mm to 2570mm which has enabled a combined front and rear legroom of 1892mm, a best-in-class figure according to Hyundai. With the rear seats in position, the Hyundai i20 offers a spacious 320-liter trunk so it's quite practical despite its small dimensions.
High-end versions will come with LED rear taillights, rearview camera and a panoramic sunroof which can both tilt and fully open. LED technology is also used for the daytime running lights and positioning lamps.
Photos of the interior cabin have not been provided but we do know the 2015 Hyundai i20 will feature a redesigned multi-function steering wheel, rear AC vents, console armrest with storage box, driver seat height adjustment, Supervision instrument cluster, USB & AUX support and automatic temperature control. Also on the menu are start/stop button, smart key, Bluetooth connectivity, tilt & telescopic steering and auto-folding mirrors.
Details about the engine lineup of the Euro-spec model are not known at this moment but the Indian-spec Elite i20 will be offered with an 83 PS 1.2-liter Kappa gasoline engine and a 90 PS 1.4-liter CRDi diesel, with the latter being mated to a six-speed manual gearbox.
