8月22日,吉利汽车发布其2018年上半年业绩报告。报告显示,吉利2018年上半年净利润增加54%至66.7亿元人民币,总收益(不包括领克合营公司的收益)超537亿元,实现了36%的增长。吉利方面称,其业绩增长主要原因在于其产品组合(即高利润车型占比较高)及经济规模有所提升。吉利汽车2018年1-6月总销量达到766,630辆,较去年同期增长44%,约完成其全年158万辆销量目标的49%。值得注意的是,吉利本年度新车基本集中在下半年推出,而上半年则少有新产品上市,在这一情况下能够取得如此销量表现,给人印象深刻。今年前六个月,吉利品牌推出了博瑞GE和帝豪GSe跨界电动车,领克品牌推出领克02。吉利下半年将推出博越系列的一款新版中型博越SUV、一款全新A0级SUV、一款燃油经济性高的全新A级轿车、两款纯电动汽车车型、升级版以及主要现有车型之新能源版本车型。另外,领克品牌将推出领克03,以及领克01、领克02以及领克03的插电混动车型。
Geely Automobile Holdings says first-half net profits leap 54%
China's Geely Automobile Holdings Limited reported on August 22 that its first-half net profits soared 54% year on year to around RMB6.67 billion and total revenues (excluding Lynk & Co joint venture) surged 36% from the previous year to over RMB53.7 billion.
The company said such blooming profit performance mainly benefited from its lucrative product portfolio and elevated scale economy.
Geely Auto saw its Jan-to-June sales leap 44% over the same period last year to 766,630 units, completing 49% of its 1.58 million-unit annual sales target. It is worth mentioning that the majority of new models are planned to be launched in the second half of the year, thus the automaker still attained an impressive sales performance with only a few models rolled out. During the first six months, Geely brand launched the Borui GE and the Emgrand GSe crossover EV, and the Lynk & Co brand brought the Lynk & Co 02 to market.
In the second half of 2018, Geely Auto is about to launch such models as a new mid-sized Boyue SUV, an all-new A0-segment SUV, a new A-segment sedan with favorable fuel efficiency, two BEV (batter-electric vehicle) models and the upgraded or NEV versions of several existing models. Moreover, the Lynk & Co will roll out the Lynk & Co 03, as well as the plug-in hybrid versions of the Lynk & Co 01, 02 and 03.
