广汽集团1-5月累计销量为837,817辆，累计同比增幅达5.72%，而5月汽车销量为165,070辆。广汽集团5月乘用车销量164565辆，今年前5个月，集团乘用车销量835865辆，同比增长5.55%。具体车型方面，5月轿车和SUV销量分别为73677辆和84019辆。今年前5个月轿车销量359527辆，同比增长12.3%，SUV销量447299辆，占公司总计累计销量的53%。受传祺GM8和GM6强劲销售影响，今年前5个月MPV销量达到29039辆，同比增长107.8%，其中5月销量6869辆。广汽自主乘用车5月销量38,298辆。今年前5个月，公司累计销量231099辆，同比增长11.36%。而在合资公司方面，广汽本田5月售出新车52,138辆，1-5月累计销量273,230辆，同比增长4.19%。广汽丰田1-5月份销量为204,386辆，同比增长13.39%，其中5月销量50088辆。广汽三菱保持了上升势头，5月销量12706辆，连续9个月销量超过1万辆。同时，公司1-5月累计销量63,061辆，同比大增42.64%。

 

GAC Group achieves year-on-year sales growth of 5.72% through May

GAC Group delivered a total of 837,817 vehicles for the first five months, achieving a year-on-year growth of 5.72% and its monthly sales were 165,070 units in May.

 

GAC Group posted a passenger vehicle (PV) sales volume of 164,565 units last month. By the end of May, the group has achieved a sales volume of 835,865 PVs in 2018 with a year-on-year increase of 5.55%. With regard to segments, the deliveries of sedans and SUVs reached 73,677 units and 84,019 units in May. From January to May, 359,527 units of sedans were delivered with a year-on-year jump of 12.3%. Meanwhile, the year-to-date SUV deliveries were up to 447,299 units, accounting for 53% of the company’s total cumulative deliveries.

 

Driven by the strong performance of the Trumpchi GM8 and GM6, the group’s MPV deliveries skyrocketed 107.81% from the previous year to 29,039 units over the first five months and 6,869 MPVs were handed over in May.

 

GAC Motor delivered 38,298 vehicles last month. Meanwhile, its cumulative sales so far this year totaled 231,099 units, rising 11.36% over the previous year.

 

In terms of joint venture, GAC Honda handed over 52,138 vehicles last month. Through May, the company achieved a year-on-year sales growth of 4.19% to 273,230 units. GAC Toyota saw a year-on-year sales jump of 13.39% with 204,386 vehicles handed over during the first five months and its May sales reached 50,088 units. GAC Mitsubishi maintained its upward momentum with 12,706 vehicles delivered in May, exceeding 10,000 units for 9 consecutive months. At the same time, the company sported a year-on-year leap of 42.64% with its cumulative sales up to 63,061 units.
