据一位接近奇瑞汽车的消息人士透露，奇瑞首个高端品牌EXEED的首款车年底就要上市了。奇瑞高端产品系列EXEED去年9月份法兰克福车展发布，随后奇瑞在今年4月份的北京车展上发布了LX概念车。这位人士还透露说，该车早在去年12月就已经完成研发，进入商业化阶段。近日，有媒体拍摄到了EXEED首款车型TX的路试谍照，在外观方面进行了较大的改动，其前脸取消了奇瑞品牌LOGO，在中网上部改用大条镀铬，并改换成EXEED的横条英文字母LOGO。据当地媒体报道，EXEED未来将涵盖轿车和SUV,分别以S和X来区分。而按照相应的大小，又分为V、T、L三个级别，比如目前的SUV车型有VX、TX、LX。奇瑞EXEED产品最大的商品属性是其智能化水平，目前已经确认的是首款量产车将搭载智能语音交互、智能在线导航、人脸识别以及互联娱乐等符合年轻消费者口味的配置，而北京车展展示集成了生物之别、AR虚拟现实技术的智能驾舱也将很快应用在规划的车型上，将对驾驶体验产生巨大的改变。除了注重产品质量外，奇瑞针对EXEED品牌的运作也在其他方面稳步推行。EXEED营销公司已经在上海成立，并整合了奇瑞上海研发中心，由原观致汽车销售及网络开发执行副总裁曹志刚担任EXEED营销总经理。
First model of Chery EXEED to hit market at end of this year
The first model of EXEED, Chery's high-end product family will hit the market at the end of this year, according to the person who is close to Chery. In September last year, Chery launched the EXEED and the first model EXEED TX at the Frankfurt Motor Show 2017. In April this year, Chery revealed the EXEED LX Concept at Auto China 2018.
The person also added that the model had finished R&D and entered into commercial stage as early as in December, 2017. Recently, EXEED's first model, the TX was spied on roads. It underwent large modifications in appearance, featuring a bold and long chrome trim across the upper intake grille and changing a "Chery" logo with an "EXEED" logo. According to local media, the EXEED has a product plan covering sedan and SUV, which can be classified as S and X. The two types have three classes, namely V, T and L. For example, the current SUV models have the VX, TX and LX.
It is noteworthy that Chery EXEED's models boast high-level intelligence. It is certain that the first mass-produced model will carry a slew of configurations that cater to young customers’ demands, such as intelligent voice interaction, intelligent on-line aviation, facial recognition and interconnected entertainment. What's more, certain variants of the model will also come with biometric identification, intelligent cabin featuring virtual reality technology that has been presented at Auto China 2018.
Apart from developing the model's quality, Chery also proceeds stably with the other aspects of the EXEED's operation. It is said that Chery has set up the EXEED sales company in Shanghai, reconstructed the Chery Shanghai R&D Center, and appointed Cao Zhigang, former executive vice president of sales and internet development of Qoros, as general sales manager.
