Jaguar to reveal F-Pace SVR in New York
Jaguar has confirmed plans to reveal the F-Pace SVR next week in New York.
Billed as the fastest and most powerful version of the SUV, the SVR has been developed and engineered by Jaguar Land Rover's Special Vehicle Operations unit.
Rumors circulating a year ago suggest the high-riding SVR will borrow the F-Type SVR's supercharged 5.0-liter V8 with 570 horsepower and 516 pound-feet of torque, likely good enough to launch the SUV to 60 mph in under four seconds.
Designers have undoubtedly paired the more powerful engine with a long list of upgrades to the suspension, brakes and steering systems, along with a unique body kit to help distinguish the flagship from afar.
