广汽三菱今年1月销量达到1,5682辆，同比增长96%，创单月销量历史新高。2017年，广汽三菱迎来销量的爆发，全年销量121,133辆，同比大增93%。同时，广汽三菱销量保持了连续12个月的环比增长，在8月就已经突破2016年全年销量，并在11月15日，广汽三菱提前1.5个月完成了全年10万辆的销售目标。2018年，建设一个世界级水准的引擎工厂，广汽三菱引擎工厂坐落在湖南省，该工厂将引进生产三菱4J1系列2.0升和2.4升自然吸气引擎等最先进的三菱发动机，并计划在2018年下半年正式投产。广汽三菱今年还将导入至少一款全新车型。此外，到2019年，引进Eclipse Cross车型,并将在中国实现22万台的年销量目标。在销售渠道方面，广汽三菱增加100家销售网点，同时提升经销商能力，以及售后服务的能力。

 

GAC Mitsubishi January sales surges 96% year on year

GAC Mitsubishi Motors Co., Ltd (GMMC) reported that the company delivered a total of 15,682 units in January of 2018, skyrocketing 96% year on year, which set a new monthly sales record in history.

 

Last year, GMMC's annual sales surged 93% from a year earlier to 121,133 units. It also achieved the month-on-month sales growth for 12 consecutive months. By the end of August, the cumulative sales had already surpassed the 2016 total sales. Besides, the automaker had completed its 2017 annual sales target of 100,000 units on November 15, much ahead of its schedule. Such strong momentum has continued at the beginning of 2018.

 

In 2018, the automaker aims to open a world-class engine plant. GMMC's engine plant was located in Hunan Province last year which plans to manufacture some most advanced Mitsubishi-branded engines, such as 2.0L and 2.4L naturally aspirated engines of Mitsubishi 4J1 series and will be put into operation in the second half of 2018.

 

GMMC will introduce at least one new model this year. In addition, the company plans to introduce Eclipse Cross in 2019 and wishes to deliver a total of 220,000 units in China in the next year.

 

As to its sales network, the company has a blueprint to increase 100 dealerships with its after-sales service quality improved at the same time.
