来自华晨汽车集团官方消息显示，8月22日，华晨汽车集团与上海浦东发展银行在上海举行了总额180亿元的战略合作协议签约仪式。对于这次与浦发银行总部签约建立长期战略合作关系，华晨汽车集团将其定义为“从规模、层次及水平上都提升到了一个新的高度，也标志着双方已开启一条战略层面的跨越式发展之路。将促进双方充分发挥各自的产业优势，整合双方资源以取得良好的经济效益，实现优势互补、合作共赢。数据显示，“十二五”期间，通过在香港资本市场以5亿元人民币增持的华晨中国股票，累计获得超过150亿元人民币的收益，同时实现国有资产增值数百亿元人民币，为自主品牌的发展提供了坚实的资金支持。而整个“十三五”期间，华晨汽车集团围绕品牌、技术、规模效益的规划方向开拓出全新目标。同时，通过与宝马的深度合作，在低碳化、信息化、智能化方面实现升级。力争到“十三五”末，确保实现年整车产销150万辆(其中自主品牌100万辆)，发动机年产销160万台，年销售收入超过3000亿元，年利税总额超过500亿元。

In the meantime, it will also try to achieve upgrades in low-carbon economy, intelligentization and informatization by conducting in-depth cooperation with BMW. It tries to achieve the annual sales and production volume of 1.5m units and 1.6m units for vehicles and engines respectively by the end of “13th-five” period, with annual revenue exceeding RMB 300b and profit exceeding RMB 50b.
