Chevrolet has announced pricing information for the all-new 2017 Bolt.

The Bowtie's first production all-electric model carries a base price of $37,495 before taxes and incentives are factored in. The base LT trim includes a rear-view camera, a 10.2-inch touch screen, self-sealing tires manufactured by Michelin, and Chevrolet's Regen on Demand tech.

Stepping up to the Premier trim brings leather upholstery, front and rear heated seats, a surround-view camera, and a rear camera mirror, a bit of tech borrowed from the Cadillac CT6. Pricing information for the Bolt Premier hasn't been announced, however.

As previously reported, the Bolt is capable of driving for up to 238 miles on a single charge thanks in part to a flat battery pack installed right below the passenger compartment. A full charge takes nine hours, but a fast charger providers a 90-percent charge in just 30 minutes. To sweeten the deal, the Bolt can hit 60 mph from a stop in less than seven seconds thanks to a generous 266 pound-feet of torque.

The 2017 Chevrolet Bolt is scheduled to arrive at select dealerships before the end of the year.
