2017 Buick Regal Earns 5-Star Safety Rating From Federal Government
The 2017 Buick Regal sedan earned the highest five-star overall safety rating from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
The rating applies to front-wheel-drive and all-wheel-drive versions of the 2017 Regal, which is expected to arrive soon at Buick dealerships.
The 2017 Regal received four stars in the front crash test and five stars in the side crash test. Rollover crash-test ratings have not been posted by the NHTSA.
Standard safety equipment on the 2017 Regal includes six airbags, a rearview camera, stability control, antilock brakes and traction control.
Rear-seat thorax side-impact airbags are optional.
